Cream Cheese Icing


1 package(s) (8 ounces) cream cheese, softened
  • 4 tablespoon(s) unsalted butter, softened
  • 1 1/2 cup(s) confectioners' sugar, sifted
  • 1/2 teaspoon(s) vanilla extract

  1. In a large bowl, with electric mixer on medium speed, beat cream cheese and butter until well blended. Add confectioners' sugar and vanilla, and beat until smooth and fluffy.
