I am married and a mother of 3. I started baking cakes about 10 years ago.I love seeing the look on a person's face when they see what I have created out of sugar.
When ever I am baking a cake cupcakes etc...I ALWAYS bake at 320...it takes longer but your cake bakes more evenly with less of a crown(raised middle)..It makes leveling your cakes much easier.
